Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your duties will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and reporting any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role, and is looking for candidates who can demonstrate effective communication, initiative, and the ability to work flexibly and efficiently as part of a team.
