Job summary
This role as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, offers a great opportunity to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including answering calls, maintaining databases, and providing support to the General Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your focus will be on offering excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. The role also involves maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards are met.
