Job summary
This is a role as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Camberley Heights Care Home in Surrey. The focus will be on providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as handling a range of administrative tasks.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
