Job summary
The role of a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare is to provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages accordingly. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
