Job summary

This is a role as a Registered Nurse in the night shift at Bagshot Gardens Care Home, operated by Avery Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and care of residents during the night shift, including medication distribution, dressings, and responding to any changes in residents' conditions.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse in the night shift, your key responsibilities will include acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. You will undertake nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, and for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team.
