Job summary
Avery Healthcare is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to help raise standards and deliver exceptional care across their care homes in the South Region. The role involves auditing services, providing feedback, and creating action plans to drive improvement and achieve outstanding outcomes. Main duties of the job
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you'll visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will highlight what's working well and provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. You'll work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business.
