As the Resident Experience Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more. Your role will include championing resident satisfaction, coordinating service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, managing complaints, supporting home improvement projects, and deputising for department heads.

As Resident Experience Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our home ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience.
