Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You will need to have a current valid driving licence and the ability to drive a minibus, as well as previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing or dementia setting and organizing activities and events.
