The role will involve managing a team of Care Supervisors, ensuring high-quality personal care is delivered to residents, and advocating for their wellbeing.

Main duties of the job

As a Residential Care Manager, your focus will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring a high-quality delivery of personal care to residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining their best interest in all areas of their wellbeing. Other responsibilities include coordinating the resident assessment process, supporting and developing your team, managing equipment storage and cleaning, ensuring compliance with medication management, and conducting quality care spot checks.
