Job summary

Main duties of the job
Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Other responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
