Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Operative at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems to ensure facilities are fully functional. Your other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their rooms, undertaking routine re-decoration, advising on supplies and ordering replacements, and providing out-of-hours emergency service.
