As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: submitting data to enable invoicing, assisting the administration team in keeping training compliance systems updated, maintaining training records, supporting the home manager in coordinating training delivery, assisting in the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, and managing residents' personal allowances where requested.
