Job summary
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality personal care to residents in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. You will monitor residents' wellbeing, be involved in care planning, and support staff development. With your compassionate approach and 2 years' experience in a similar care setting, you will make a positive impact on the lives of the residents.
Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
