This is a temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare in Leicester. The role involves providing professional and high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative services.
Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be tasked with completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
