Job summary
Avery Healthcare is looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Home Administrator. The role will focus on supporting the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home.
Main duties of the job
As the Care Home Administrator, your responsibilities will include collecting data for invoicing, following up on non-payment of fees, completing payroll returns, providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff, and coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process of staff within the home. You will need a minimum of three years of business administration experience, be confident working with computers, possess effective interpersonal skills, and be able to prioritize your own workload.
