Main duties of the job

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our resident's choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. Other responsibilities include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner.

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
  • Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
