Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure you are confident in your role.
