Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes that impact their care, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centered care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans. You will also support residents with their medication requirements and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals. Additionally, you will undertake staff supervisions and support the development of the care team.
