Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. You will understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents. Other responsibilities include identifying residents' life histories and preferences, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
