Main duties of the job
As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as provide a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and maintaining databases and administrative records. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
