Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene while ensuring their dignity and independence, recognizing and escalating any clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors. The role requires effective communication skills, initiative, and the ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities as needed.
