Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions. The successful candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, excellent communication skills, and a positive, nurturing attitude.
