Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and practicing safe systems of work. You'll be a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who can communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to cover a range of responsibilities.
