Job summary

This role as a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare in Beckenham offers the opportunity to join an award-winning team and make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. Your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident conditions, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. The ideal candidate must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC registration, with a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.
