Job summary

The Regional Support Manager role at Avery Healthcare is a key position responsible for supporting the Regional Director in managing a group of care homes. Main duties of the job

As the Regional Support Manager, your primary focus will be to provide support and guidance to the care homes in your region. This will involve ensuring compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery, as well as supporting the transition process following any acquisitions made by Avery. You will identify problem areas and make recommendations to address them in collaboration with the Regional Director. Additionally, you will interpret regional performance data against quality indicators and provide suitable recommendations to the Regional Director.
