Job summary
This is a temporary Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the care home, as well as completing a range of administrative tasks to support the General Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on offering exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. You will be the first point of contact, answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, and redirecting calls as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are met will also be part of your role.
