Job summary
This is a role as a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, acting as the person in charge, and overseeing the care team. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience, up-to-date knowledge of care, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. Your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care. Other responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, and management of chronic conditions, as well as advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.
