Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring the residents' needs are met with compassion and dignity. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene, recognize and escalate any clinical risks, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors.
