Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. Additionally, you will advise families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, deploy and supervise the care team, and provide high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
