Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying the life histories, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. You will need experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting, as well as excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing quality care and enriching experiences for the residents.
