They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant, supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
