Job summary
The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. The successful candidate will have experience working with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting, organizing activities and events, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You will be expected to live the company's values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all that you do.
