Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Your focus will be to understand the needs of the residents and promote their privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment. You will also be responsible for planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging events and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
