Job summary
This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Marlborough involves supporting the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care for residents. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the care team to provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience in a similar care setting, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
