Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that any reasonable requests are addressed and concerns or complaints are escalated.
