Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the Care team in delivering high-quality personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your duties will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, contributing to care planning, supporting medication requirements, and providing supervision and development to care staff. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years of experience in a similar care environment, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
