They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, focusing on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect; recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents; acting courteously towards residents and their visitors; and practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks. You will live Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as Avery offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
