Job summary

Main duties of the job

As the Regional Decorator, you'll be the creative force behind the look and feel of Avery's care homes. Your responsibilities will include sourcing materials and equipment, collaborating with various teams to plan and deliver improvement projects, preparing risk assessments and method statements, and conducting regular inspections to ensure high standards. You'll need solid knowledge across traditional building trades, an understanding of health and safety practices, and the ability to work independently with initiative and pride.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Regional Decorator, youll be the creative force behind the look and feel of our care homes. Youll carry out decoration and improvement works across our Avery Healthcare Group, helping ensure our spaces are as welcoming and uplifting as the people in them.

  • Collaborating with Estates, Care Home, and Regional Directors to plan and deliver improvements

  • Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements

  • Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports on completed works
