Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. You will live the organization's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
