Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene and daily living activities, ensuring their dignity, independence, and safety are maintained at all times. You'll also be required to recognize and escalate any clinical risks, such as weight loss, pressure sores, or signs of infection, in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work flexibly are essential for this role.
