Main duties of the job
As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high-quality culinary service, which contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents. Responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the management team to develop and review the menu.
