Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible are essential for this role.
