Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, contributing to person-centered care planning, supporting with medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. To be successful in this role, you must possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, have 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to be responsive and flexible.
