Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as provide a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and completing reception-related administration tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
