The company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their fantastic People Team, covering homes across the Norfolk and Midlands regions while also supporting colleagues in the Northampton-based Support Centre.
Main duties of the job
As the HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, bringing strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical HR expertise to drive real impact across the organization. Your responsibilities will include resolving employee relations matters, leading on health and wellbeing initiatives, reviewing and evolving HR policies, coaching leaders, interpreting employee data, supporting key HR projects, and staying ahead of employment law and HR best practices.
