Job summary
The Resident Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring every resident at Avery Healthcare's Barnet Grange Care Home enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. They will lead by example, inspire excellence, and coordinate service delivery across all non-clinical departments.
Main duties of the job
As the Resident Experience Manager, you will champion resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback, coordinate service delivery across all non-clinical departments, maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality, manage complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, support home improvement projects and budget planning, and deputize for department heads while ensuring effective rota planning.
