This role involves delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will act courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks. Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role.
