Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, involvement in care planning, supporting with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions. You'll need 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude towards supporting both residents and staff.
