Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on offering professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. This will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and completing reception-related administration tasks. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
