Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be required to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks. Although experience is not required, you will be provided with a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within your role.
